Japanese cooking class (Sushi)

Saturday afternoon, with a group of 6 participants - a lot of fun!!  Some were very very good with their hands and the sushi rolls came out beautiful and perfect! 

I prepared some new ingredients for the sushi fillings to try-out: grilled paprika, dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, marinated smoke salmon.  Let's see how it tastes!


Here's a photo from one of the participants, having the handmade sushi for dinner at home.  Beautiful!!!
